We utilize state of the art technology to recycle asphalt, in place, fixing pothole and cracks and leaving no seams for water to infiltrate in the future.

This is a labor position.  At the end of the day, you will be hot, dirty, tired, and stronger than you were the prior day.  We move fast and we don't have time for phones or daydreaming.  The crew consists of two people - the crew lead and this position.  The normal operation consists of positioning the heater(s), cleaning up the prior heat while this is heating, then, once the asphalt is maleable, breaking it up and adding new material.  Then it is leveled (luted in asphalt world) and a vibratory compactor is run over the fix several times.  Often, by the time the compactor is running the heater is over a new pothole and the process repeats.

Heavy equipment is involved, so a drug screen is always on the table.  If you won't pass, please do not apply.
