Crack Sealing

All asphalt cracks.  Keeping those cracks sealed will, without question, extend the life of your pavement.  We use a hot rubberized sealant only after we clean and heat lance the crack.  Anything less will not last as long.  We can fill cracks as small as 1/8th inch and as large as 1 inch.  Smaller cracks would benefit from a seal coat, as the rubberized crack filler will not enter the crack, and larger cracks require too much sealant and it is unstable.  Larger cracks would often do well to have an infrared repair.
